I love the boat burning! I do sometimes feel bad for the boats though. Clayton is a great place place. I haven&#039;t been there myself, but a friend of mine a real fan of the place.

Before the shed became the small craft building it was a giant boat junk shop. They had all sorts of cool stuff there for very reasonable prices. I think most of it came from the old Bluepoints company building right next door. What they did with it all I do not know.</description>

		<description>that museum is one of my favorites too;  the &quot;shed&quot; has a collection of wooden boats that rivals clayton, ny&#039;s antique boat museum . . . AND it&#039;s all long island focused.  this reminds me it has been almost 2 years since i stopped by.  do they still do the boat burning.  some find it heartless;  i think it&#039;s downright viking!</description>
